Installation Instructions:

1. Upload the community-sponsored-ads-manager.zip to your WordPress site.

2. Activate the plugin.

3. Navigate to Community Sponsored Ads > License and enter your key to activate the software.

4. Set your pricing and Razorpay credentials in the Settings tab.

5. Add the shortcode [fcsa_ads_dashboard] to a new page to allow users to start creating ads.

Support and Maintenance During License Period

During the active license period, Indrasys provides limited technical support for the purchased digital product under the following terms:

Scope of Support

1. Support includes:

Assistance with installation and basic setup of the product

Fixing verified bugs or technical issues related to the original product functionality

Guidance on using existing features as demonstrated during the live demo

2. Support Exclusions

Support does not include:

Customization or feature development

Compatibility issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, servers, or software

Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications to the product

Website performance, SEO, hosting, or server-level issues

3. Support Duration

Support is provided only during the active license period as mentioned in the product description or invoice.

Once the license period expires, support will be discontinued unless the license is renewed.

4. Support Channel

Support is provided only through official communication channels such as email or WhatsApp as specified by Indrasys.

Response times may vary depending on issue complexity and workload.

5. No Guaranteed Resolution Time

While we strive to resolve issues promptly, Indrasys does not guarantee a fixed resolution time for support requests.

6. Termination of Support

Indrasys reserves the right to suspend or terminate support if the customer violates these Terms, misuses the product, or engages in abusive or unethical behavior.

 

📢 Ad Management & Monetization Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please understand how the ad systems in this plugin work:

1. Internal Sponsored Ads (Guaranteed Service)

Our plugin is primarily designed to automate your direct community sponsorships.

• Direct Payments: Users can create ads and pay you directly via Stripe.

• Guaranteed Display: Once the payment is successful, the plugin handles the delivery. The ads will appear in your community feed based on the Ad Frequency settings you have configured in the admin panel.

2. Google Ads Integration (Third-Party Disclaimer)

Currently, our plugin does not support Google AdSense / Google Ad code integration. This limitation is due to Google’s strict advertising policies and security-related script injection restrictions.
