1. Our “No Refund” Policy

At Indrasys, we sell digital products and offer a comprehensive live demonstration of the website or product to every customer before the purchase is made. This pre-purchase demo allows you to see the product in action, understand its features, and ensure it meets your specific requirements.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the live demo provided, which allows for a complete evaluation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any product once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the live demo and are satisfied with the product’s functionality.

2. Exception: Technical Issues

The only exception to our “No Refund” policy is in the case of a verifiable and critical technical issue with the product that prevents its core functionality.

What is considered a technical issue? A technical issue refers to a flaw, error, or bug within the product’s code that renders it non-functional or significantly impairs its primary features, and which was not discoverable during the live demo. It does not include:

  • Compatibility issues with third-party software, plugins, or your hosting environment.
  • Inability to use the product due to a lack of technical knowledge.
  • Features that you wish the product had but were not advertised or shown in the demo.

Process for Claiming a Refund for a Technical Issue:

If you believe you have encountered a critical technical issue, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

  1. Contact Support: Please email us at support@indrasys.in with the subject line “Refund Request: Technical Issue – [Your Order ID]”.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, you must provide a clear and detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing. Please include screenshots, error messages, and any other relevant information that can help us identify the problem.
  3. Cooperation: You must cooperate with our technical team to allow them to diagnose the issue. This may involve providing temporary access to your system or website.
  4. Resolution Attempt: Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue. If the technical issue is verified and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 business days), a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or other methods depending on situation, ( Payment Gateway Charges is deducted from your refund amount )

If the issue is resolved, or if it is determined to be caused by factors outside of our product’s code, no refund will be issued.
